I did report it but it's intentional. I got the following response to my support request:
"As a policy we don't tell people how many log in attempts they get before their IP is blocked. This is because sometimes the number changes as well as it being a security flaw. Knowing the exact number of attempts would then make it easier for hackers to change IPs just before the ban happens and make it much harder for the administrators to catch and ban them."
That makes sense to me so I don't have a problem with it any more.
